Donors deserve to know how the foundation is run. Here is a high-level view.
How we are run
Danex Charity Foundation is led by a clear structure: a Patron, a Board, a Secretariat led by the Executive Director, and a Management Committee that represents the beneficiaries. Board members serve a term of three years.
Our accounts are audited by an appointed auditor and presented to the general assembly. Monitoring and evaluation is carried out on the services we provide, so we can keep improving the help we offer.
No income of the foundation is ever used for the private benefit of any member. If the foundation is ever dissolved, all assets go to another organisation with similar charitable objectives.
